Major Autohemotherapy (MAH) is a medical procedure which involves the removal of a patient's blood, enriching it with ozone, and then reinfusing it into the patient. This treatment is rooted in the belief that exposure to ozone can have a range of health benefits due to its high oxidizing properties.

For best results, this should be performed once or twice a week. A certain amount of blood is drained following the insertion of an IV. Once the amount has been drained in a closed system, the blood is then mixed with ozone and reinfused intravenously over a period of 30 to 45 minutes.
